Betas: VMWare Fusion & Parallels MAC

Stop the press: VMWare just released the very first public beta of its forthcoming virtualization product for mac. Check it out at:

Nearly at the same time Parallels just released the Beta2 of it´s Parallels Workstation for Mac. the improvements are just so many that I suggest you check it out yourself:

Haltet die Drucker an, VMWare hat gerade die erste public beta von Fusion veröffentlicht!

Fast gleichzeitig (zwei Tage zuvor) hat Parallels eine neue Beta2 herausgegeben, die Featureliste lässt Gutes erahnen! Links siehe oben.

Parallels für Mac 3036 Beta ist da!

Mittlerweile sieht es so aus als ob Parallels jetzt die große Featurekiste geöffnet hat, es gibt Tonnen von neuen Features. Ein optischer Kracher ist sicher "coherence", womit man die XP Fenster völlig transparent im MAC OS anzeigen lasssen kann (siehe Foto!).

Ein weiteres Killerfeature ist die Möglichkeit, direkt Bootcamp Partitionen zu nutzen UND zu booten.
